Illustration Friday- I spy

I actually had time 2 weeks in a row to do some artwork for IF! This is acrylic on illustration board. I really appreciate anyone who leaves comments as I am attempting to get work in children's illustrating and I would love feedback.

I looked up the definition for "total" when I was trying to think of ideas of what to draw - a sum greater than it's parts seemed to me to be a family. The ducks is an idea I had a while ago and decided to do it for this post. I tried out a different technique (for me) of colored pencil and watercolors.
